Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive with a background in promoting educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase student enrollment, brand visibility, and community engagement.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in admin and management in an educational institution is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibility


  • Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, students, and staff.
  • Monitor and manage the center’s budget, expenses, and inventory of supplies.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues, inquiries, or emergencies within the center.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote center activities and ensure the achievement of enrollment targets.
  • Regularly report to upper management on center performance, student feedback, and other operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to maintain the center’s facilities and equipment.
